Quinoa salad with grilled chicken.

Ingredients for 2:

100gr. Quinoa - 150ml Water - 4 Biologic Chicken thighs - Stock cube - Tomato - Feta cheese - Avocado - Radish - 100gr. Pees - Cucumber - Carrot - Chive - Spring onion - Shallot - Garlic - Lime - Oil - Oregano

Marinade:

Oil - Salt - Pepper - 5 spices - Soy sauce - Chicken spices

Preparation method:
  1. Marinade the chicken in a mixture of the oil, salt, pepper, 5 spices, soy sauce and chicken spices. Let it absorb the mixture.
  2. Fry in a saucepan shallot, garlic and a carrot. After a few minutes add a crumbled stock cube, quinoa(100gr) and water(150ml) into the saucepan. Let this cook for 8 minutes, stir occasionally. Let it rest for fifteen minutes. 
  3. Cook the pees, allow it to chill.
  4. Grill the tomatoes with oil and oregano.
  5. Grill the chicken.
  6. Slice all the other ingredients to the desired size.
  7. When everything is cooled down, mix it together and season it with salt, pepper and lime juice.
