Super Smoothies




I'm currently in love with my Christmas present I got from work. We've got to choose a present from a website so everyone got what he liked. I chose a blender. I've always wanted a good blender but when I saw this I thought well let's try this one. It's a Tristar Blender Jar with drinking bottle function. It's a very handy device and a great option for takeaway drinks. Instead of a regular jar it is a bottle with a separate drinking lid. I've made a few smoothies with it and here they are:



For 1 Pint or 0,5L:
4 Carrots
1 Mineola or orange
1/4 Pineapple
2 tablespoons Chia seeds. Max. 1,5 tablespoon per person.
Handful of frozen raspberries & blueberries

Taste: Super Sweet - Inbetween - Heavy Green




For 1 Pint or 0,5L:
1 Celery stick
Handful spinach
1/4 Pineapple
Water

Taste: Super SweetInbetween - Heavy Green



For 1 Pint or 0,5L:
1/4 cup Yogurt
Handful Oatmeal
1 small Banana
Handful of frozen raspberries & blueberries
Water

Taste: Super Sweet - Inbetween - Heavy Green



For 1 Pint or 0,5L:
1 Celery stick
1 Orange
Handful spinach
1/2 Avocado
2 tablespoons Chia seeds. Max. 1,5 tablespoon per person.
Water

Taste: Super Sweet - Inbetween - Heavy Green



For 1 Pint or 0,5L:
Handful carrots
Handful spinach
Handful broccoli
Piece of cucumber
Squirt lemon juice
Water

Taste: Super SweetInbetween - Heavy Green



I hope you'll try this at home and don't be scared to trow not matching ingredients together, most of the time the sweet ingredients will overrule the taste of vegetables.
Please keep in mind to share your pint if you use Chia seeds because of the maximum amount per person per day.

    I only tried fruit smoothies - but maybe I have to try to mix them up with some vegetables!

    1. Super lekker en kan niet wachten om verse aardbeien in mijn smoothies te verwerken. :D
      Lief he? Staat er al een tijdje want jouw blog is hartstikke leuk om te lezen en 't linkje is extra handig voor mezelluf ook ;)
